|Technical blogging or just graffiti?|
You’ve probably already guessed that, here at Stone Junction Towers, we’re quite keen to rebuff this particular idea. Well, we would be if we were in the sixth form debating society. And if the film actually presented the argument as true, which it doesn’t, it presents blogging as a hugely powerful and influential medium.
But the quote does highlight the view that blogging is nothing more than a nice extra, which I still see expressed in industry fairly regularly. It’s often seen as a ‘good to have’ in the marketing mix, but ultimately not as important as colour separations, branded Golf balls or making sure your Yellow Pages listing is up to date.
You probably think I’m being flippant there, but I know lots of companies who invest in all of those things but still don’t have a blog.
